Broadway Place is a GREAT place to live in! The people, who are responsible for the place, are super Nice and Friendly. The place is always clean and quiet. The cost of living in Broadway is reasonable. They have the best location. I love this place. It feels good to call it home! :)

I want to voice my appreciation for Rigo, the head Maintainance worker at 5427 n Broadway. Not only is Rigo good at what he does, he is efficient and kind. I have no idea how much he gets paid or how many hours he works, but based on what I’ve seen of his work ethic and work product he should probably get a raise because he is a great asset to this building.
